Registration fee

Registration will be available online through August 30. Registration includes attendance at all sessions and most meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner on Sept. 16, breakfast and lunch on Sept. 17, and breakfast on Sept. 18.

  • Early bird: $400, plus processing fees (through July 15)
  • Standard fee: $450, plus processing fees

The preferred form of payment is by credit card throughout our registration site. If you cannot pay by credit card, you can pay by check. For more details, please visit our registration site.

Refunds

If you are unable to attend the conference, registration refunds (minus the processing fee) may be requested through August 30.
