Registration will be available online through September 11. Registration includes attendance at all sessions and most meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner on September 18, and breakfast and lunch on September 19 and 20.

A tentative agenda for the conference is now available. Events will be planned during the following times:
- Sunday, September 17: Evening reception from 7-9 p.m.
- Monday, September 18: Conference proceedings from 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.; evening reception from 6-10 p.m.
- Tuesday, September 19: Conference proceedings from 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.; optional tours in the evening
- Wednesday, September 20: Conference proceedings from 7:30 a.m.-2:15 p.m.

Mystic Lake is 25 miles from the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport.
Due to significant interest from conference attendees, we are offering affordable transportation between the MSP Airport and Mystic Lake Casino Hotel. Shuttles will run from the airport to the venue every half hour on Sunday, September 17, between 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Following the conference, shuttles will run from the venue to the airport hourly on Wednesday, September 20, between 2:45 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. Shuttles will cost $22 each way, which is a considerable discount from taking a taxi. Mystic Lake is located southwest of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Take Highway 169 to Mystic Lake Drive NW. Free valet and self-parking is available to all conference attendees.
A block of hotel rooms at Mystic Lake has been reserved for conference attendees. Rooms will be available for $129 per night. The deadline for booking a room in this reserved block is August 22.

The conference planning committee is seeking abstracts for poster and oral presentations. Abstracts are due June 16.
Arts and crafts vendors
We are seeking Native arts, crafts and food vendors who are interested in having a booth at the conference. Applications will be accepted as space allows.
Non-Native vendors and exhibitors will only be able to have exhibit space if they are an event sponsor.
